I was referred to Clear Image from a friend that worked at local dealership. I have had windshields replaced on my previous vehicles in the past, and was never satisfied with the inferior product they would use to replace it with. Sally from Clear Image explained EXACTLY what I would be getting as a replacement windshield and went the extra distance to make sure my insurance would approve it.

While replacing the windshield, Geoff (I think that was his name...?) noticed that the rubber trim around the glass would not be reusable due to being so brittle and cracked. He said he would have to order the trim specifically for my car and that he would be back at some point to install it. I figured that I would NEVER see him again (nor would I ever see that rubber trim) and that he just said that in hopes I would eventually forget about it. That's the way other glass companies have done me in the past, so why would they be any different?

He was right- I did forget about it. BUT they didn't. I got a call after a few weeks telling me that the rubber seal finally came in and that they had already been out to my car and installed it while I was at work. I thought "There's no way they ALREADY did it...", but sure enough, they had installed it for me without me even know it one random afternoon while I was in the office. As minuscule as that may sound, it really showed a lot more about how they conduct business ABOVE the competition.

Sorry for the long and drawn out review, but I wanted to make sure I emphasized why I was so impressed with Clear Image Auto Glass.

Great company to work with, Sally is great to work with given how busy they are.
